The Talent Acquisition team is made up of high-achievers who are passionate about talent. With TA COE's placed throughout the US, Asia and Europe, our global team works hard to build relationships with external and internal talent About the Job: Act as lead recruiter for Europe with end to end candidate management responsibility, ensuring a first-class recruitment and selection process experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Evaluate current sourcing and selection procedures as part of the Global TA team; develop and oversee a robust and efficient hiring process that is fair and unbiased.Champion the use of digital and social channels to attract and recruit talent at all levels.Implement programs to find the right talent against current and future workforce planning strategies.Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.Conduct research to map out talent within target companies and markets.Lead intercultural communication and build understanding of cultural differences in the recruitment approach for Europe.Partner with business leaders and European HRBPs to continue to grow diversity and inclusion efforts.Translate internal programming that supports talent acquisition and business goals to European market, such as interviewer training, Hiring Playbook etc.Build and maintain solid relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders to grow business knowledge and departmental objectives, opportunities, and current market dynamics.Provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders. About You:You'll have 5+ years' recruitment experience. Apparel industry or Retail recruitment experience is a plus.Experience working as part of a global matrixed organisation; Comfortable navigating complex, global organizational structures.Significant commercial experience of end-to-end recruitment, ideally deep knowledge of the apparel/fashion/lifestyleor digital space.Keen interest and advocacy in Diversity & Inclusion; evidenced experience in how to source and attract diverse talentStrong analytical skills, articulate, organized and effective in your communication.A passion for leading-edge approaches to candidate attraction and engagement.Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and senior leaders.
