Job Details

Frazer Jones is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a leading professional services firm for a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager role. This is a global business that prides itself on its exceptional people culture that is highly inclusive, collaborative and geared toward progressing its employees' careers. The company offers agile working and an attractive office in central London. They aren't your typical professional services firm, but offer an innovative, creative and forward-thinking environment that invests in change and development.

The Head of Reward is looking for a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to spearhead their employee benefits programme. The role has a global remit, covering an employee base of circa 2000 staff across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC. The company has recently completed a benchmarking exercise and introduced a number of new benefits, so they currently have a very competitive offering. However, they need someone to drive this forward and you'll be tasked with ensuring employee awareness and communication is improved to increase uptake and promote a positive wellbeing and rewarding culture. You'll be required to constantly benchmark in the market and update or introduce new benefits to ensure they remain competitive. You'll manage vendor relationships and complete the renewals processes. As it's a global business you will need to ensure the benefits offering is harmonised across the group and a clear structure of processes is in place. You'll manage the flexible benefits platform and leverage the supplier relationship to drive efficiencies. You will be required to define and drive the employee benefits and wellbeing strategy for the business and should be able to come to the business with ideas and new innovative ways to engage the business. They would also love this person to have an agenda around environmental and social issues.

To be considered for this role you must have international benefits experience and be able to communicate examples of where you have driven benefits strategy and led on benefits projects. You should be passionate about driving employee engagement and reward, have strong communication skills and be effective at managing stakeholder relationships. They need someone who is ambitious and enjoys driving positive change. You must be a creative forward thinking that can problem solve and be adaptable.

You'll join a reward team of 4 where you will really get to own the benefits strategy for a global business. The role will pay circa £75k plus a highly attractive bonus. Other benefits include private medical, free lunches, 10% non-contributory pension and £100pm to spend on whatever benefits you want! The company is bought in and heavily investing in its employee benefits; so you'll be encouraged and supported to deliver positive change in the role. If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
