Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be working alongside 4 other coordinators and seeing through the recruitment process from shortlisting onwards. You will be using applications such as iTrent and Sharepoint to help with your daily activities including issuing relevant paperwork and downloading paperwork for the recruitment panel. You will also be responsible for arranging interviews and sending out Teams' invites ensuring a strong level of accuracy and a positive experience for candidates. You will oversee the whole onboarding process including providing individuals with offers of employment and contracts, conduct pre-employment clearances ensuring that all individuals have the required checks in place before they start and to monitor and conduct checks that require continuous review, for example DBS and immigration checks. Overall, you will Provide first-class customer experience, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate and hiring manager journey.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a HR/Recruitment environment with understanding of recruitment best practice. You will be CIPD level 3 / Foundation level qualification or have proven experience. You will have experience and confidence in using various administrative online platforms and IT systems with strong digital skills. You will also have a demonstrable level of knowledge of HR/recruitment including policies and processes, and knowledge and understanding of confidentiality in a HR environment. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, working as part of a team with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail and presentation, and you will have the ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines. Having knowledge of UK Visa and Immigration rules would be desirable.


What you'll get in return
Hourly rate of £11.51p/hr, temporary until End of 2022, flexible and hybrid working, and onsite parking.
