Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with an renewable energy company who are looking for a Learning Manager for their Customer Service team to join them on a fixed term contract for six months. There is a possibility for this to extend or go permanent.

The main responsibilities include:
- Review and report on current training strengths and weaknesses
- Review the training for outsourcing partners, using data and feedback to inform initiatives to upskill the team members.
- Evaluating and reviewing existing training content to optimise for quality to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders
- Leading the rollout of learning programmes.
- Guiding, support and developing Training Specialists through coaching, mentoring, group sessions, observations, and quality assurances.

Looking for an experienced learning and development professional who understands the theory of learning and how to bring the best out of others. A true leader and has the ability to positively influence is essential for this role.

This role will be based in their Central London office with a hybrid working model. Ideally 3 days in the office a week. Flexible.

For the right candidate, they would consider part-time hours. Between 24 and 40 hours across 3 days. All negotiable.
