My client is an international household name that is growing globally. They have circa 900 employees in the UK and their UK head office is based in Milton Keynes.
Description
The Reward Specialist will be involved in everything reward! The business has grown dramatically and they need someone that is able to work across the whole reward spectrum including delivering appropriate communications to excite the wider business. Their is a real appetite to develop reward and the package is already really positive so this an exciting project to be involved with.
Profile
This role is really open from a background perspective, you might a Reward Analyst that is looking to progress their career or someone with a wealth of reward experience that is looking for an exciting project within a great environment.
Job Offer
The Reward Specialist comes with an attractive salary of up to £50,000 + 25% bonus and already great benefits. The role is hybrid with an expectation of being in the office one day a week, though you can be in as many days as you choose.
