Interim HR Operations Manager
Client Details
The client is a national FM business
Description
- Line management of a small team
- Manage the day to day operational performance of HR service
- Ensure team is achieving or exceeding SLAs
- Identify and implement changes to enable continuous improvements
- Provide accurate reporting on HR Operations KPIs
- Act as the expert on Workday
- Coach, guide and up skill line managers on Workday
- Ad hoc projects as and when required
Profile
- Must have experience using Workday system
- Proven track record within an Operations/Shared service environment
- Able to start within 4-6 weeks
- Commutable to Nottingham 2 days per week
- CIPD qualified or QBE but with strong knowledge on HR Processes
- Proven track record identifying areas for improvement within a shared servie environment
