Your new role

Reporting to an experienced Head of HR and supported by a Senior HR Advisor, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team in their to be based in their Southampton office.

Purpose of the role:
To provide an effective and efficient HR advisory and administration service to the Company, including assisting with both day to day tasks and specialist projects when required.

This is a full-time position and working hours are 37.5 / week, 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday). This is an office-based position, but some flexibility around occasional days working from home will be considered.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum) with some experience of working in a HR function. This would be a great next step for someone looking to move up from a HR Assistant, Coordinator or Officer role and wanting to broaden your knowledge in a varied, interesting position.

This role will require a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office, MI data and strong written / numerical skills. Experience of working with Cascade will be an advantage too.

The salary offered is between £28,000-£30,000 (DOE). Other benefits include free onsite parking, 23 days holiday +BH's (increasing to 25 with service), pension at 5% employee / 3% employer contribution, cycle to work scheme, EAP including medical advice, death in service (3 x salary) and contributory healthcare scheme. The business also offer a discretionary bonus scheme.
