A great chance to become a Recruitment Coordinator within a large Security Services firm based in London, but operating on a global scale. The role will allow for an individual to grow new and existing skills in a professional and personal domain.

Client Details

A progressive, large Security Services firm with offices in London, as well as in many other countries all across the globe.

Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Conducting the initial screening of CV's
  • Shortlisting candidates
  • Checking candidate credentials prior to interviews
  • Assisting Senior Managers with interviews
  • Recording all interview notes

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident with making presentations and speaking publicly
  • Have a minimum of 2 years working in a Coordination/ Administration role
  • Have a CIPD qualification
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
  • Have experience monitoring an ATS in the past

Job Offer

If successful, the Recruitment Coordinator will be offered:

  • A salary of £35,000 - £40,000
  • The opportunity for hybrid working
