We are currently recruiting for this large public sector organisation with offices in Central Birmingham.
Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR Team, you will be providing support across the full employee lifecycle. This will include pre-employment checks, amending contractual and employee details through to giving advice and guidance on HR policies. In addition to this you will have responsibility for compiling the payroll data before sending onto their external payroll provider.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR administrator who is ready to take on a bigger role. Ideally candidates should also have some exposure to payroll, but this is not essential.
