You will be working for a large education establishment in South Birmingham.
Your new role
Working as part of a larger HR team, you will be the stand alone HR contact for this site. You will provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including assisting with recruitment and selection through to disciplinary, grievance and ER issues. Alongside this you will make sure that employee records are updated and any changes to terms are processed in time for payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who has managed the full employee lifecycle.
