Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a leading business as they look to recruit for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This opportunity offers fully remote working, with requirement to travel occasionally UK wide to sites within the group. The salary on offer is up to £32k plus car allowance.

This is an exciting HR Generalist Advisory role, joining a business through a period of growth!
 
The role:
·Deliver a high standard of employee relations support and case management to employees including coaching and guiding with disciplinary, grievance, performance management and also restructures.
·Support the HR business partnering team to instil a hugh -performance culture, developing and delivering on boarding, talent and succession plans.  
·Through coaching and training, ensure your client group understand HR policies and procedures.
·Work with operational teams to develop employee engagement plans and improve employee retention for each team.
 
We are looking for:
 
·Demonstrable experience of managing complex employee relations cases and coaching line managers.
·Experience supporting organisations with restructures, talent and succession planning.
·Confident and articulate communicator.
·Solid understanding of UK employment law.
