Job Details

In this role, you will work within a team of HR Advisors, Coordinators and Administrators collaboratively to ensure all queries are actioned correctly and efficiently, ensuring your customers experience a professional service when dealing with the HR team.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivering prompt and efficient resolution to Level 1 and 2 queries in line with policies and best practice
  • Communicating with stakeholders and employees across the organisations
  • Provide advice to HR Administrators and HR Apprentices
  • Support managers with reliable HR Advice
  • Work in partnership with HR Advisors to support with the delivery of employee relations and recruitment requirements

We are looking for a HR professional who has:

  • A strong awareness of UK employment law, HR policies and best practice
  • Completion of CIPD Level 3, studying towards CIPD Level 5 (study support available)
  • A confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
  • A solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • A passion to develop within the HR career path

We offer great training and support, including CIPD and career progression. You will be required to work in the office environment 3 days per week
