HR Advisor

You will supervise our HR Operations team, allocate work and its delivery to our performance standards. Working closely within a team of advisors, coordinators, and administrators you will ensure all queries are actioned correctly and efficiently.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

• Allocating work/queries to the HRCCC team of Coordinators and Administrators
• Developing operational processes, scripts and workflows to ensure high quality advice is given
• Ensure incoming employee lifecycle queries receive appropriate resolution
• Partner and support HRBPs with a range of project work
• Planning rota's to ensure the HRCCC are fairly rotated across various roles within the team
• Utilising HR management information to identify trends and make evidence-based decisions with the Manager of the team and the wider HRBP's

We are looking for a HR professional who has:

• Experience across the employee life cycle with a strong understanding of UK employment law, practices and policies
• Completed or working towards CIPD Level 5 (study support can be provided)
• Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment whilst remaining level-headed and delivering exceptional customer service
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Previous supervision or leadership of a small HR operations team would be a huge advantage
