This is a hugely exciting & newly created position as the Senior Reward Manager for a firm business based in Oxford. The position will be responsible for creating and delivering a total reward strategy across the UK and Global markets. This is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking for real ownership of the reward and benefits strategy and all related projects and programmes.
Working closely with HR colleagues and the Executive Leadership team you will be responsible for developing the total reward strategy across an International headcount and network of offices. Leading on the strategic agenda for reward and benefits as well as having operational responsibilities you will own and develop frameworks and processes to manage:
* Job grading frameworks and pay structures
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Gender pay gap and reporting
* Recognition & incentive schemes
* Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
* All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers
* Creation of a Wellbeing strategy
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of compensation and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels. Experience of EMEA or Global compensation would be an advantage.
While the company is Oxford based they operate a flexible working model with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis, preferably two-three days/week. The role comes with a great £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
