HR Recruitment Administrator, Guildford, up to £28K with an exclusive automotive organisation, 6-months FTC
Your new company
You will be working for an elite automotive engineering organisation, based on the outskirts of Guildford, Surrey. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking for an energetic HR Recruitment Administrator to come in for 6 months to support with the admin surrounding their recruitment.
Your new role
You will be a dynamic, experienced HR Administrator able to liaise with both managers and candidates, arrange interviews, write offer letters, contracts, onboarding, and induction plans. There will be ad hoc projects surrounding their internal recruitment. Due the collaborative nature of this role, you will be required to work in the office four days a week, with one at day home working.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good experience of HR administration surrounding the full recruitment/onboarding process and proficient in the Microsoft package.
You will be enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, have excellent organisational skills and work well under pressure.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered up to £28,000 FTE for this 6-month role, depending on your experience plus an excellent pension and private healthcare. This role is based in a modern building in a scenic location on the outskirts of Guildford, therefore it is recommended that you have your own vehicle. Parking is provided.
