My client, a major media company in the UK, is seeking a Reward Manager to join their team in West London.
This role is part of the compensation team and is responsible for the design of incentive plans.
This is a brand new hire for them.
Hybrid working- 2/3 days office.
- Provide business research and insight from data analysis and reporting to Executive Leadership.
- Lead, project manage and deliver on incentives
- Flag improvements to any existing policies, processes and practices to continually improve the existing approach.
- Strong experience working on incentive plans, including sales incentives, commission payments, as well as short-term and long-term incentive plans.
