Permanent - Hybrid Model - Full Time - HR Business Partner - Wrexham - Progression Opportunities

Your new company

My client a global leader in the field of pharmaceuticals is seeking a professional HRBP to join their team on a permanent basis. The organisation are far reaching and specialise in research and development, manufacturing and distribution, plus commercial operations.

Your new role

The position is being offered as permanent full time Monday - Friday with working hours on 08.30am - 16.30pm There is a hybrid model in place, you will be required to work from the offices based in Wrexham x 3 days per week.
The salary on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience. the main purpose of this position is to support the HR Director and achieve HR and strategic objectives
You will also enable the implementation of business and people strategy through the design and implementation of HR initiatives.
This is a true generalist HRBP position where you will assist the business in leading, training, motivating, developing and empowering employees in accordance with the organisations competencies, policies and procedures.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to.


Provide support, guidance and partnership to stakeholders on all generalist HR activities, supporting performance improvements and profitability, and mitigating risk relating to people issues.
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on the full range of employee relations issues, in accordance with UK employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
Engage with managers to coordinate all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including but not limited to; people reviews and succession planning activities, identify key talent and implement appropriate activities to support succession planning within each of the functions, seeking opportunities for employee's development.
Define and implement learning and development activities as required

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to come from a proven history ideally with manufacturing or Pharma
Level 7 CIPD certification (desired, but level 5 is essential)
Be a people centric partner with an approachable attitude
Experienced in working in a global organisation with multiple stakeholder management
