Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a HR Case Manager to join a fantastic business near Chester. The HR Case Manager will be responsible managing a high volume of employee relations cases, ranging from low level to complex casework.

The HR Case Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a wide array of employee relations cases including but not limited to disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management, and flexible working requests
  • Providing coaching and advice to line managers on complex HR related matters
  • Reviewing investigation documentation, performance plans, and writing both meeting invite letters, and
    outcome letters
  • Prioritising workload to minimise risk and ensure cases are brought to a prompt conclusion
  • Ensuring all case details are recorded accurately on the Case Management System
  • Participating fully in HR meetings, ensuring full assistance is given to the wider HR team
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The successful HR Case Manager will have:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing employee relations cases
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law and legislation
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • A genuine desire to learn
