I'm currently partnering with a reputable manufacturing and production business, based in Anglesey, who are currently looking for a Training and HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This office based role is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000, and an excellent benefits package, and will focus on the delivery of training across the wider business.

Description
The Training and HR Officer will be responsible for:
Training and Development
- Developing and delivering in house training courses
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of the training budget
- Developing an effective competency assessment system
- Reviewing and adapting training to ensure it meets the needs of the business
- Managing the company e-learning platform
- Evaluating employee feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Driving the completion of assessments
- Ensuring training information and needs are recorded and up to date
- Ensuring all training meets legal requirements
- Liaising with and evaluating external training providers
- Participating in interdepartmental meetings
- Building positive working relationships with key stakeholders and line managers
- Supporting Line Managers in identifying training needs and developing appropriate training plans to address requirements.
HR
- Managing and delivering the induction programme for new personnel
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS
- Absence management
- Deputising for the HR Manager as required
- Ad hoc project work
Profile
The successful Training and HR Officer will have:
- Proven track record within a Training or Learning and Development focused role
- Proven track record of creating and delivering training
- CIPD or L&D focused qualification (Desirable)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- A genuine passion for L&D
Job Offer
- Working Hours: 8:30-5 Monday to Friday
- Salary of £32,000-36,000 DOE
- Bonus Scheme (up to 5% of salary)
