HR Administrator | Leeds City Centre | £22000-£25,000 | Hybrid | FTC 6 months

Your new company
A non-profit organisation based in Leeds is seeking a HR Administrator to come on-board, joining their welcoming, collaborative team. A role that will provide excellent exposure to the HR world for an enthusiastic HR professional.


Your new role
The HR administrator will be the first point of contact within the HR administration team. The role will provide high quality HR practices throughout the organisation and provide managers with advice and guidance to enable them to achieve corporate goals and meet responsibilities to the people they manage. The HR administration team are a vital part of the organisation, who help to ensure that the services provided are safe and efficient. A good understanding of the importance of compliance and attention to detail are therefore a vital part of the HR administrator role.

Key responsibilities include:
The duties of this role include recruitment administration, payroll processing, responding to general staff queries including those related to annual leave, assisting HR Advisors in TUPE admin, data input and other ad hoc administrative tasks.


What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for someone who has strong administrative experience, is passionate about recruitment and will deliver an outstanding experience for both applicants and managers. They are looking for colleagues who enjoy communicating with a wide range of people and developing effective working relationships.
