Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnered with a boutique, global financial services firm who are seeking a HR Manager to join their HR team based in Victoria, London.

This is a stand-alone role whereby you will be reporting into the COO and managing the day-to-day running of the HR Function. This is a varied role including managing the full-employee lifecycle, employee relations, producing reports, learning and development as well as managing the recruitment of their new Paris office.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is an experienced HR Manager happy to step into this role or someone who is looking for a step up in their HR career. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French or have a strong grasp of the French language and someone who has a generalist HR background. This role can also be performed on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full employee life cycle from onboarding new starters to managing the offboarding process.
  • Managing employee relation cases.
  • Updating policies and procedures, undertaking all HR administrative duties.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process within the UK and Paris office. Managing the relationship with recruitment agencies.
  • Producing reports and identifying trends.
  • Collate and submit changes to monthly payroll.
  • Benefits and pension administration.
  • Ad hoc HR and other business project work.

Required Skillset:

  • Strong grasp or fluent in French.
  • HR Generalist experience.
  • CIPD qualified desirable.
  • Understanding of French Employment Law desirable.
  • Strong communicator with attention to detail.
