HR Change & Communications Manager-12 Month FTC, £47,000-£50,000-Northamptonshire

Your new company
Hays are excited to represent a leading multi-national, growing organisation, in Northamptonshire, who are seeking an HR Change and Communications Manager-12 Month FTC, to support an HRIS Implementation project.

Your new role
As an HR Change & Communications Manager-12 Month FTC, you will report to an HR Systems Implementation Lead and will be responsible for leading on change and communication activity, supporting the implementation of a new recruitment and onboarding system and learning and talent management system.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing a clear change and communications plan for the system implementation.
Working with the Marketing and Communications team to craft strategic messaging.
Engage and work closely with business representatives to get clear messaging out.
Drive culture change and encourage self-service.
Develop change tool kit
-Risk
-Mitigation plans
-Stakeholder engagement
-Communication and readiness assessment

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Change and Communications Manager, or a similar role within HR Change and experience of HR Systems implementation. You must have proven leadership experience implementing HR Systems in a fast-paced environment within a large, complex organisation.
