Your new role
Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Supporting with restructures, redundancies, and TUPE's
- Lead on monthly payroll support, including sickness calculations and payroll change forms
- Provide support to line managers with ER cases, including note-taking in meetings and advising on relevant policies
- Responsible for maintaining employee data, providing a variety of data reports on a regular basis
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation are looking for candidates with experience working with HR data and payroll info, have a strong foundation of HR knowledge and have experience supporting line managers. This role is a great opportunity for candidates currently at Coordinator/Officer level that are looking for a step up and to further their career within generalist HR.
