My client is an international law firm based in the heart of Manchester City centre. They are seeking to recruit a Learning & Development Adviser on a permanent basis. You will be joining a collaborative team who are highly regarded for their knowledge, expertise and quality.

Your new job

In your new role as a Learning & Development Adviser you will design and deliver learning paths and support partners and employees to thrive in their role. This role will be specifically aligned as a business partner to a certain area within the business and will be involved with firm wide projects which will vary dependant on the needs of the business. You will also work very closely with the L&D Manager to help bring to life the learning strategy. In this role there is huge scope to take ownership of your work, designing and delivering training to a wide audience. You will be joining a supportive, motivated and down to earth team who are excited to find innovative solutions and provide the best service possible.

What you''ll need to succeed

- Ability to build and grow relationships
- CIPD in HR or L&D
- Experience of working on a LMS
- Designed and delivered course modules
