Resourcing Adviser | 12 month FTC | Hybrid Working | Manchester City Centre

Exciting new job opportunity available to join a leading international law firm with an office based in Manchester Centre as a Resourcing Adviser on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The HR team in spread across a number of offices including London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh offices and supports the firm's non-UK offices remotely. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward & Wellbeing, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and the CSR & Diversity team. You can expect a varied, fast paced and diverse role within a collegiate, dynamic and friendly team.

Your new job

You will be joining the Resourcing team who are responsible for all the recruitment into the firm both for fee earners and business support teams across the UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East. You will work collaboratively with the hiring managers, hiring partners and operational HR teams to acquire the best talent for the firm as well as being the key point of contact with preferred agencies. As a Resourcing Adviser you will be responsible for managing key recruitment for the business services roles (Finance, IT, HR, Business Development, Paralegals, Client Services) and will use your business partnering abilities to foster strong working relationships. You must be confident with the end-to-end recruitment life cycle covering all activity from sourcing, attraction and selection. This role does require experience in similar role which can be gained either from working internally or with an agency.
