Job Details
As a Reward Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and advising on the Reward initiatives and processes. You will report directly into the HR Director, and you will have responsibility for Global Reward frameworks to take the business forward.

Our client, are a Financial Services organisation based in Leeds City Centre, providing bespoke products and solutions on a global scale.
Description
As a Reward Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the Group annual compensation cycle
- Being the main point of contact for all employee queries relating to all bonus schemes, and managing the annual process including the issuing of invites, maintaining participants lists and calculating payments
- Reviewing Reward policies and procedures to ensure competitiveness with external benchmarks and delivery against business objectives
- Inputting into the Group Reward Strategy, making use of external networks and strategies
- Managing all reward related schemes and providing advice on all elements of reward including pay, benefits, share options, allowances, incentive plans and bonuses and support the implementation of key projects
- Analysing and monitoring changes in the business environment and legislation to proactively ensure needs are identified early and raised
- Managing the benefit and pensions schemes and the relationships with third party providers and brokers
- Supporting the People Team with Governance activities relating to People policies and projects
- Responsible for the ongoing development of wellbeing initiatives and projects
Profile
The successful Reward Advisor will have:
- Demonstrable experience working within Rewards
- Experience of UK Benefits, Hay Global Grading and Job Evaluation
- Managing annual compensation cycles
- Advanced experience of using Microsoft packages, specifically within Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Collaborative approach to work
Job Offer
Full time & permanent role + Paying £30-32,000 + Hybrid working + 25 days A/L plus bank holidays + Bonus Scheme + Excellent company benefits
