Job Details
The Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will join a leading Professional Services organisation on a 12-month FTC, and will be responsible for providing support to the DE&I department and wider People team.
Client Details
My client is a leading Professional Services, who operate on an international level.
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Report into the Head of DE&I and provide support on a number of DE&I initiatives
- Work with the DE&I team on the end to end design and delivery of projects aligned to the global D&I strategy
- Work collaboratively with the wider people and culture team to ensure the delivery of a high level and accurate service
- Manage reports and analysis of diversity metrics across the organisation
- Provide administrative support to the DE&I function
Profile
- A passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Experience in a generalist HR role with an interest/ desire to learn and develop in DE&I
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take on new tasks and projects
Job Offer
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
