Gloucestershire - Hybrid working - £70,000-£80,000

I am delighted to work exclusively with a private equity backed group in Gloucestershire to recruit an Interim Head of HR. This is a unique opportunity to join a very successful group at a pivotal point in the development of the HR department. Reporting into the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with organisational ambitions and commercial goals.

This is an incredible opportunity to add significant value to a developing group, leading on transformation & change, process improvement and organisational development. Specifically, you will work on the harmonisation of companywide contracts, benefits and terms. Supporting the development of career pathways and the post implementation management of technology improvements. You will lead on the employee engagement survey - acting on feedback in order to improve and enhance employee experience and engagement.

You will lead a relatively new HR Team and so comfortable people management experience is essential. Experience working within a group would be helpful in understanding the dynamics and challenges of this structure. You are a confident communicator; you are self-sufficient and commercially aware. As the more senior HR professional in group, you will be in a position to significantly influence the direction and development of the HR department. You'll receive a competitive salary £65,000 - £70,000 + £8000 car allowance and benefits. Hybrid working with some occasional travel required.
