Remuneration Committee governance

• Accountable for managing Remuneration Committee process including preparation and review of papers and coordination of annual plan and meeting agendas
• Oversee the Subsidiary Remuneration Committee agenda and guide regional P&R teams on papers and submissions
• Guide teams on entity governance requirements

Executive Director remuneration policy

• Design the policy and manage Remuneration Committee interaction
• Support shareholder consultation and votes
• Production of Directors' Remuneration Report
• Preparation for the ARA and AG
• PRA / FCA relationship
• Annual submissions and associated discussions
• Pillar 3 and EBA disclosures
• Remuneration and risk alignment procedures including the reportable incidents and notable events process

• Exposure to project management and coordinating delivery through others.
• Provide clear, strong leadership, including with senior internal and external stakeholders

• Strong business acumen with an ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when reviewing activities
