Job Details
Remuneration Committee governance
- Accountable for managing Remuneration Committee process including preparation and review of papers and coordination of annual plan and meeting agendas
- Oversee the Subsidiary Remuneration Committee agenda and guide regional P&R teams on papers and submissions
- Guide teams on entity governance requirements
Executive Director remuneration policy
- Design the policy and manage Remuneration Committee interaction
- Support shareholder consultation and votes
- Production of Directors' Remuneration Report
- Preparation for the ARA and AG
- PRA / FCA relationship
- Annual submissions and associated discussions
- Pillar 3 and EBA disclosures
- Remuneration and risk alignment procedures including the reportable incidents and notable events process
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Deep technical talent subject matter expertise including external trends and developments
- Exposure to project management and coordinating delivery through others.
- Provide clear, strong leadership, including with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Motivate and mobilise teams with an engaging and persuasive leadership style.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen with an ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when reviewing activities
