Internal Recruiter | Retial | Interim | Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for an interim Internal Recruiter to join our retail client from October for a period of six months. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new ideas to attract great people, managing the talent pipeline, and coordinating the entire candidate process from engagement to placement.

  • Managing transactional Recruitment activity using workflows and instructions, ensuring completion within process timelines - including requisition management, vacancy advertising, candidate processing, interview coordination, offer confirmation and contract generation, as well as new hires and internal movers.
  • Designing and delivering recruitment strategies with key stakeholders through recruitment planning calls
  • Provide guidance on the recruitment process and policy, manage, administer, and answer general recruitment inquiries
  • Using clear and concise notes within applicant tracking and case management systems for Recruitment & HR ensures clear audit trails
  • Liaising with stakeholders and managing customer expectations
  • Promoting continuous improvement by challenging the 'status quo', seeking and recommending 
  • Supporting the wider HR team with key projects
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • It is imperative that you have experience working in a high volume, fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to deliver under pressure


About you

  • Available to start in October
  • Volume recruitment experience in Retail or Hospitality 
  • Experience recruiting for store roles as well as head office positions
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes virtually whilst driving results
  • Working in a fast-paced environment where most business partners work virtually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
