The People Development Partner will work on projects aligned to the Organisational Capability & Development aspects of the people plan.

The projects include talent management and succession planning, transforming performance, management development and leadership, career development, skills & capability development, learning management systems.

Client Details

This is a NFP business at the heart of the fight against uninsured driving. This is a problem that seriously affects the lives of those involved in road accidents and costs millions of pounds every year.


Key accountabilities

To help create a high-performance culture:

· To coach and support managers to have quality conversations that drive high engagement

· To define, design, develop, implement and evaluate talent and development programmes to support the talent strategy

· To identify future skill requirements aligned to the business strategy

· To identify and manage external providers as necessary

· To contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

· To develop a project plan to achieve outcomes

· To deliver projects to time, cost and quality

· Success for this role will be measured via engagement scores, improvement in wellbeing and organisation performance

· To provide an enhanced user experience of the our workforce on all aspects of development and performance management


  • Previous experience in an Organisational Development consultative role
· Strong client facing experience

· Ability to manage numerous projects, delivering a consistently high standard while acting with pace and delivering results

· Experience in designing and developing comprehensive learning interventions, programmes and solutions especially within talent

· Experience of coaching managers and leaders

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· A creative and curious mindset to deliver the effective and innovative solutions

· Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate at a senior level

· Experience of leveraging technology to develop/curate learning materials

· Ability to work using a person-centred approach

· Ability to demonstrate initiative, work independently and as part of a team

· Good planning and organisation skills

· Experience of using psychometrics for development especially emotional intelligence is desirable

Job Offer

35 hours per week Monday to Friday
£320 (before tax) start up allowance

Hybrid remote in Milton Keynes, MK14
