Permanent HR BP-Covering Herts & South £50,000-£55,000 + Car allowance,

Your new company
Hays are excited to represent a leading, multi-national organisation, who are seeking a permanent HR BP, within their growing and developing, collaborative organisation in Northamptonshire.

Your new role
As a permanent HR BP, you will report into a Senior HR BP and cover Hertfordshire, London and the South region and cover both HR strategy and hands-on, operational HR duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with the senior leadership team to develop talent strategy.
Coach and develop senior leaders
Champion the social value agenda
Support HR projects and initiatives and develop, design and implement progressive HR solutions.
Management of ER activity, escalate where required and identify trends and solutions.
This role will involve travel, on average 1-2 days per week covering Hertfordshire, London and the South.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP, within a fast-paced, commercial organisation. You must have experience delivering and driving people initiatives and experience delivering engaging solutions. You must have experience of embedding EDI initiatives. You must have experience supporting and managing organisation change. You must have a full clean driving licence.
