HR Advisor in aviation industry in south Cambridge, £30-35k + 10% bonus & CIPD support, permanent hybrid role

I am proud to be working with my client in the aviation sector who are looking to appoint an HR Advisor to support their small HR team as the organisation continues to grow.
Your new role
As the HR Advisor, this is a newly created role reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, where you will be supporting the HR function across two sites. You will be involved in a variety of generalist HR activities from ER casework to the full recruitment lifecycle, absence management, probations, long service awards. You will provide general administration support to the HR function as well as ensure HRIS data input is timely and accurate.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will be studying or willing to study towards a CIPD qualification. You will be a competent administration with excellent organisational skills and be able to manage and prioritise a heavy workload. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people of all levels and backgrounds. You will be a detail-oriented and with a customer-focused approach.
What you'll get in return
