Part Time HR Manager based in Stratford Upon Avon
Your new company
You will be working for a rapidly expanding company based in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon. The company has gone through considerable growth over the last 12 months and have won numerous lucrative contracts and as such are looking to appoint a HR Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all the HR duties including Recruitment, ER, Management Reporting, Training and Development and HR Policy and Procedures. This is the first time that the company will have a dedicated HR professional so although they have things in place, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have previously worked for an SME or in a stand alone Senior HR role. A minimum of CIPD Level 5 is essential as well a strong knowledge of UK employment law. Experience of developing a HR Strategy is also a distinct advantage.
