As a Recruitment and HR Officer, your role is to support the HR Advisor and HR Manager with all day-to-day Human Resource activities. You will be the first point of contact for all Human Resource queries within the workplace, escalating more serious matters to the HR Advisor or HR Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with candidates, agencies and hiring managers, organising interviews and follow ups post interview.
  • Keeping recruitment spreadsheet and statistics up to date.
  • Lead the onboarding of new starters and organising induction modules.
  • Ensuring all new starter paperwork has been loaded onto the HR system.
  • Support and administer all aspects of HR related documentation including personal information, salary and benefit changes, information relating to legal or H&S compliance.
  • Update and process HR data on our internal HR system, including running monthly reports.

Working hours: 40 / week, Monday-Friday with flexibility around start / finish times to suit the successful candidate. The Hiring Manager will also consider someone on 32 hours+ per week (permanent, part-time). This role is fully office based in Fareham.
