The position of Talent Acquisition Manager will involve:
- Taking job briefings from line managers
- Creating and managing the recruitment process
- Actively sourcing new candidates
- Developing the EVP
- Continually looking to improve and evolve the interview process
- Maintaining the ATS
- Fully remote
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:
- Be an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager
- Be experienced in recruiting marketing roles
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple positions at any one time
- Have excellent knowledge of candidate searching, including x-ray and boolean
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
