Job Details

A Reward Specialist either analyst or Manager level to work in what can be a fully remote role other than an occasional visits to the Worksop site. Reporting to the Group Head of Reward your role will be to review and analyse reward systems and data, deploying projects and new practice, ensuring reward data accuracy, providing robust management information for HR, and leadership decision making.

Reporting to the Group Head of Reward with the support of a Reward analyst your role will include:

  • Analysing and reporting of reward themes, trends and practice to prompt and inform HR decision making
  • Creating Reward Management Information (MI) dashboard to provide business and HR professionals insight into current reward metrics
  • Identifying data set anomalies through practical use of and auditing of multiple systems to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborating with People Services to ensure the efficient analysis and deployment of payment cycles including ASR and Bonus to ensure accuracy and governance
  • Owning, managing and deploying specific strategic reward projects


The successful candidate will have a solid background in Rewards which will include:

  • Knowledge of salary inflation and the market drivers
  • Qualification CIPD or equivalent calibre
  • Experience in delivering to senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Job Sizing methodologies sufficient to be able to make day to day judgements on new positions and engage with suppliers to review individual issues or group trends
  • Strong analytical skills
  • attention to detail

Job Offer

  • Salary £45,000 -£60,000 DOE
  • car allowance depending on level of role
