Job Details
A new and exciting opportunity for a Senior HRBP to join an education group based in South London. This is a temporary position initially but has the option to go permanent if all goes well.

A reputable education group, who work on a hybrid basis.
Description
The successful HRBP will be responsible for
* Providing advice and guidance on a range of employee lifecycle queries
* Managing the HR and ER casework list and activity
* Acting as the HR lead on TUPE transfers, organisational change, HR project work etc
* Updating HR policies and procedures.
Profile
The successful HRBP must have:
* Experience of working in a busy and complex HR environment
* Experience of working within education, or the public sector, would be desirable
* Line management experience would be beneficial .
