HR Business Partner. Flexible on base office with travel included (West Sussex, Kent, potentially London) . 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be extended. £70,000- £80,00 + £4,000 Car allowance. Hybrid working on offer.
I am delighted to be working with this highly reputable and well-established organisation, to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. This organisation is market leading in their industry and believe in making an excellent customer experience. This role is a key position within the business and will provide a comprehensive HR service to all managers and employees across the Southeast District.
As the HR Business Partner you will report into the Head of HR and will work closely with the District Heads. This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for developing and embedding the HR steering model and best practice in the following areas:
Diversity and inclusion
Attracting/ recruiting/ developing/retaining staff
Leadership development and coaching
You will also be accountable for implementing optimal performance frameworks with managers for engaged and productive staff, support the identification of training needs and facilitation of learning and development and advising line managers on legislation and best practice.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a strategic HR Business Partner role. You will demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR policies and employment law, be willing to challenge, give feedback and influence colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver change and have experience of working effectively across various locations.
