Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours - Full Time

About this role:
·Support the Sales and Product Teams by designing, building and delivering learning solutions using a range of blended learning.
·Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their learning needs.
·Work with external providers to offer varied digital learning content.
·Look at how processes and assets and how they can be improved.
·Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time whilst meeting deadlines.
·Monitor the level of engagement with e-learning courses

L&D Specialist - About you
·Previous experience within a similar role
·CIPD Level 3
·Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
·Ability to multi task efficiently
·Strong understanding of Microsoft Systems
