A global real estate business is looking for a Reward Analyst to look after the UK reward function. The role is based in London with hybrid working, to provide advice and analytical expertise.

Description

A Reward Analyst to:

  • Manage the Reward function for the UK, with support from US colleagues.
  • Provide salary benchmarking to the wider business for new positions, existing roles and changes in structure.
  • Provide reporting on HR metrics, including turnover, headcount and diversity, amongst other requests.
  • Provide support with the annual compensation review process.
  • Support on other duties when in quieter periods of the year, including payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinate and review all data provide for analysis.
  • Support the Payroll and Benefits manager in monthly submissions for new starts, and leavers.

Profile

A Reward Analyst with:

- Previous Reward Experience.

- Strong Excel Ability.

- Payroll and Benefits experience is not essential: this is something they will provide training on.

- Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment.

- A 'can do' attitude or 'team player'.
