The position of HR Business partner will partner with key stakeholders in order to support the employee lifecycle. Due to the nature of the business, there is a heavy ER focus.

The position of HR Business Partner will involve:
- Generalist HR support to client group
- Taking ownership for complex ER issues
- Working with the wider HRBP team on central initiatives
- Being the first point of contact for Directors
- Both operational and strategic HR
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will:
- Be an experienced HR Business Partner
- Have strong ER experience
- Have the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Come from a people focussed environment such as retail / leisure / hospitality / travel / healthcare
- Be highly organised
- Be calm and patient by nature
