The role holder will work closely with the Senior P&D team to design pragmatic, commercial and employee focused solutions engaging with specialist P&D colleagues to draw on their expertise.

Description

* Working on Culture and Change Programmes at a Trust, Team and individual level, supporting Leaders throughout the Trust to lead in line with organisations values and in line with the People Promise

* To work as an effective team member, initiating and supporting programs of Organisational Development work

* Understanding the Agenda and how OD supports transformation and System level

* Analyse data and produce regular reports, statistical monitoring and progress against KPI's targets to inform decision making and prioritisation of activities.

* Design Inclusion, Wellbeing and Engagement analytics for both managers and the people services team and provide developmental support to ensure that evidence is used to create a culture of objective decision making.

* Continuously review and monitor Inclusion, Wellbeing and Engagement processes to identify and deploy technology and emerging and future digital/modern practices which maximise service effectiveness, cost efficiency and recognition from the other Strands that People Services is delivering a credible and valuable service.

* Lead the internal DE&I programme, working with the People Services Operations and Service Delivery Team, People Partners and Line managers to create a bespoke experience tailored to ensuring all protected characteristics/differences are identified and respected and have bespoke experiences tailored to engage diverse groups of people and address any variations in needs.

Profile

  • Experience of analysing and interpreting management information to diagnose business/ organisation/ employee relations / engagement issues and develop people implications.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans to address medium-long term people challenges aligned to business strategy and priorities.
  • Ability to coach senior leaders and their teams to drive and implement change within their teams
  • Broad generalist HR experience including up to date knowledge of current UK employment legislation, employee relations and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Offer

  • Salary £70,000 - £80,000
  • Bonus 15%
  • £4000 car allowance
  • 27 days holidays
