Our client is looking for a strong administrator to join their SSC team. They want a candidate that enjoys working at a high pace and has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Description

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Areas of administration will include, on boarding, off boarding and data management
  • Providing guidance / information to employees and escalating when appropriate
  • Providing support with HR administration
  • Maintaining staff / HR database making sure all is kept up to date
  • Assist with HR projects led by the team
  • Completing regular updates for the broader HR team, and other departments as needed
  • All other related HR tasks

Profile

My client is looking for a candidate that has the following skills:

  • Strong Administration experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and has the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • An understanding of GDPR
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate with MS Office
  • Used Workday or HR System
  • Can demonstrates an interest in HR processes and activities
