Are you looking for a new role?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a well-established law firm as they look to recruit a Full Time, Interim HR Officer, based in Tunbridge Wells for a period of 12 months.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR looking for a new challenge.
This role comes with a competitive salary and a hybrid working pattern.
About the role
·Act as the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
·Play an integral role in the whole recruitment and selection process (Job advert to Induction)
·Provide HR support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
·Support to resolve simple to complex Employee cases
·Handle maternity and Paternity queries, providing a timely and professional solution
·Coordinate careers fairs and trainee recruitment days
·FPOC for trainee and work placements
·Ad hoc duties / projects etc.
HR Officer - About you
·You will be a well organised individual, use initiative, prioritise appropriately, shows attention to detail and meets deadlines.
·Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (respectful, positive, articulate, professional and sympathetic)
·Delivers HR services with a "can do" and when necessary, "hands on" approach
·Shows commitment, passion, and enthusiasm
·Is a respectful, reliable, and supportive team player
·Reflects the firm's culture and represents the firm appropriately
·Proven experience working in a busy HR environment  in a similar role
·Experience working in the professional service sector, essential
·CIPD qualification, advantageous
