Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working with this highly profitable, hugely successful, ethical, and people-centric business, to support the recruitment of a new Regional HR Business Partner into their team on a permanent basis.


An experienced HR Business Partner is sought for this regional role, to support the Northern UK and East Anglia region, as they embark on an exciting time in the company's history.


This commercially focused position will offer huge diversity; building organisation and people capabilities, developing, shaping, and implementing an effective people strategy and regional business plan and, providing a professional, trusted, customer focussed HR service to the business, as well as acting as an escalation point where required.

 

This full-time role will be based from home, with 2-3 days/week on the road at various locations across the North and East Anglia. You can be based anywhere within this region, ideally, close to the motorway networks.


Suitable applicants will have strong partnering experience, employment law knowledge, gained in a pacey multi-site environment, with demonstrable experience of the above, coupled with a desire to develop and progress.
