An amazing chance to become a Learning and Development Officer for a large Logistics firm based in London. The role will allow an individual to sharpen their existing skill set in Learning and Development, as well as develop new skills that will assist them with career development and growth in the future. Based in the office 5 days a week with the working hours of 7:30 - 4:30, the candidate must show an eagerness to work and excel in this role.

Description

The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of wide range of learning interactions across three sites
  • Ensuring Learning and Development projects are aligned with strategic objectives
  • Utilising various methods of training and coaching including workshops, one on one, group and formal training sessions
  • Responsible for the learning administration processes
  • Creating and delivering content to new starters

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • MUST have prior experience creating and delivering Learning and Development content
  • Will have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Will demonstrate good time keeping, planning skills and the ability to multitask
  • Show personal commitment to improving your own knowledge, skills and commitment to continuing learning and development

Job Offer

If successful, the Learning and Development officer will be offered:

  • A salary up to £35,000
  • 28 days holiday
