We have a current opportunity for a Reward/Incentive Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Slough/Reading.

This role is part of the compensation team and is responsible for the design of my clients incentive plans as part of the wider reward proposition. The role will be providing business research and insight from data analysis and reporting to Executive Leadership. The role acts as a Technical Lead with primary responsibility for incentives across the wider group, providing expertise and consistency.

Essential skills, knowledge, or experience

  • Strong focus on LTIP, as well as reward BAU tasks
  • Being part of a relatively new team you will be confortable working in the grey - although it's a matrix organisation, there aren't fixed processes to follow.
  • The ability to build great working relationships across our business.
  • Successful track record of project management and delivery in a challenging environment managing a broad range of issues.
  • Understanding of incentive plans, including sales incentives, commission payments, as well as short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Planning and organising time well to deliver effectively - on time and to budget.

The role will be reporting onto the Head of Compensation and will be working in a team of 2 Reward Managers and a Team od Reward Anaysts.
