We have a current opportunity for a Global Compensation and Benefit Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be Hybrid with weekly travel to an office Hampshire.
As Group Compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for supporting the management and development of compensation and benefit activity across my client Group.
You will provide day-to-day advice and guidance to global business partners across the Group in respect to group compensation and benefit activity and best practices.
You will enable a consistent approach to compensation and benefits acrossthe businesses driving cost efficiencies and competitiveness through better informed decision making.
