Interim HR Project Manager / Luton area / up to £60k / Minimum 12 month FTC/ Full time - Hybrid working
 
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a fantastic business as they go through a period of rapid growth.
 
The HR Project Manager will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR/People project activity associated with the recent business changes.
 
- Build the project plans for each of the different work streams ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
- Establishing people projects for success, tracking timelines, dependencies, issues and risks to deliver on time, ensuring goals are identified and agreed upon for the project and KPI's.
- Working alongside key stakeholders across all areas of the function to ensure seamless implementation of projects.
- Manage project contributors across all areas of the business to ensure an adequate understanding of ownership.
- Managing a team of two.
 
We  are looking for:
 
- Strong HR Generalist background with experience managing People Projects/ Initiatives.
- Experience of communication project plans around change initiatives.
- Strong and up-to-dare employment knowledge.
- Proven ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business , and demonstrable experience of driving change.
- A strong analytical/ problem solving mind-set, with the ability and willingness to get into the detail to find solutions.
